Many times, my customers share their frustrated stories about the lack of service and lack of knowledge that costs way too much. Sadly, many of these customers overpaid for poor quality repairs. My customers ask me, “Shouldn't this have been fixed the first time?” I can only tell them that the vehicle is fixed right – by me. My shop is different – I am the person that answers your call and who fixes your car. I don't pressure you to buy expensive service plans and I fix your car on time. I have years of experience in the Retail Auto Industry so I have all the contacts, equipment, knowledge, and buying leverage as ANYONE and I pass those savings along to you!
I continue to beat anyone's written or legitimate estimate. I use AC Delco and Motorcraft parts, I also use OE Quality and Quality “New” Aftermarket parts. After I complete a comprehensive diagnosis, I repair your car with expertise and service at a more affordable rate. In addition, I also include a 1 year parts and labor warranty on all my repairs.
